Vibrant Health Education (VHE) IS A COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY (CIC) DEDICATED TO BRINGING ‘APPLIED HEALTH-BUILDING‘ AND PREVENTATIVE WELLBEING SUPPORT TO YOUNG PEOPLE DURING THEIR FORMATIVE YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT.
VHE uses evidence-based methods to help children build balanced, resilient lifestyles. Our mission is to offer holistic, preventative & proven strategies that translate the complexity of health into something students can actively experience, understand, and build for themselves.
About our Pilot Programme >OUR HEALTH-BUILDING APPROACH INTRODUCES PRACTICAL, PREVENTATIVE STRATEGIES THROUGH SIMPLE, ACCESSIBLE TOOLS. EACH SESSION IS DESIGNED AROUND EVERYDAY CHALLENGES, OFFERING STUDENTS CLEAR, USABLE HACKS THAT SUPPORT ACROSS A VARIETY OF COMMON CHALLENGES.
For colleges, universities, and community youth settings. Engaging, practical sessions focused on real-time health-building and self-regulation.
For school settings KS2-5. Structured, curriculum-aligned sessions that build self-regulation, health literacy, and everyday wellbeing in the classroom.
For organisations, funders, and community initiatives. Collaborative delivery of funded programmes that expand access to applied health-building and measurable wellbeing outcomes.
